How long do shipped Hot Box Cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are baked fresh right before they are packaged for shipping. They are securely sealed to lock in moisture and flavor. They will stay perfectly fresh in their packaging for up to 4-6 days. We recommend freezing any cookies you don't eat right away to preserve their freshness for up to 6 months!
How do I reheat my shipped cookies so they taste like they just came out of the oven?
To get that signature warm, gooey Hot Box Cookies experience at home, simply place your cookie on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 8 to 12 seconds. If you prefer using an oven, warm them at 350°F for about 3-5 minutes.
Does Hot Box Cookies use real ingredients?
Yes, Hot Box Cookies are baked using 100% real, premium ingredients. We never use artificial preservatives or "fake stuff". Our recipes rely on real butter, pure cane sugar, premium chocolate chips, and fresh eggs to create a high-quality, homemade taste.
Does Hot Box Cookies offer vegan or gluten-free cookies?
We want as many people as possible to enjoy a warm cookie! And while we do not currently offer a vegan option, our Monster cookie is gluten-friendly, containing peanut butter, oats, M&M's, and chocolate chips. Please note that while we take precautions, our kitchens process flour, dairy, and nuts, so we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for severe allergies.

When should you expect your order?
For local delivery, orders are estimated at 45min-1hr. For specific details about your order, please contact your local store.
Orders are processed on the next business day. Once processed, orders are shipped within 48-72 hours via USPS Ground 2-Day Shipping. Please note that weekends and business holidays do not count toward processing or shipping times.
While USPS estimates a 2-day delivery time, delays in transit may occur and are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
