The Beginning
Hot Box Cookies first opened in the heart of Columbia, Missouri, by four college students looking to make late nights even sweeter.
2013
Our Second Location
After several years of success, we aimed toward expansion. A second location was opened near the college campus in Lawrence, Kansas.
2014
Manufacturing
With an increased demand for cookies, a 20,000 sq ft manufacturing facility was opened. Capable of supplying our two current stores and many more in the future!
2015
The road to St Louis
Making one of our largest leaps, the first of many Hot Box Cookies locations opened in St Louis, Missouri. Within the next few years, we had 3 shops in the area!
2019
Franchising
The adventures of franchising began. With the addition of some eager cookie lovers, new stores began to open.
2020
Wholesale and Retail
The exploration of wholesale and retail partnerships resulted in success. And the love for Hot Box Cookies grew deeper into foodservice channels.
